The Browns have been a boon for NFL bettors, going 9-3 against the point spread and 7-5 straight up. They had been 6-0 ATS prior to last Sunday’s game at Arizona. But in a game that was pick ’em, the Browns lost to the Cardinals, 27-21.

Now, they travel to the Meadowlands for back-to-back road games. They’re 2-4 away from home and still have turnover problems, including four last week. They face a Jets team that presents problems.

New York (3-9 overall, 4-7-1 ATS) has won two of three games and is finally getting quality play from the quarterback position. New starter Kellen Clemens threw for 236 yards and a touchdown during last week’s win over Miami. More importantly, Clemens spread the ball around, completing passes to eight different receivers.

Placing an NFL bet on the Jets might take some guts, but New York is a home underdog and the Browns are playing consecutive games on the road, always something to be wary of.
