Carolina lost their shot at home-field advantage throughout the postseason last week after losing to the Giants 34-28 in overtime. DeAngelo Williams continued to be a touchdown machine with four more scores while rushing for 108 yards on 24 carries. Williams leads the league with 18 touchdowns this season.

The Saints may be eliminated from playoff contention, but Sunday’s game isn’t completely meaningless. New Orleans QB Drew Brees can break Dan Marino’s longstanding record for passing yards in a season with 402 yards this week. Brees may have trouble getting 402 this week, though, as he only had 231 passing yards and zero touchdowns when Carolina beat New Orleans 30-7 in Week 7.
