A pair of teams that have crippled bettors with losses against the spread meet up in Baltimore this week as the Bengals face the Ravens. Cincinnati has covered five of six meetings with Baltimore but has been one of the NFL's worst teams so far. The Ravens (4-4) are just 1-7 against the spread, while the Bengals (2-6) aren't much better at 2-5-1.

The Bengals lost to Buffalo 33-21 as a 1-point favorite in Week 9. Carson Palmer completed 26-of-39 passes for 271 yards with two touchdowns and an interception for Cincinnati and T.J. Houshmandzadeh caught four passes for 45 yards and a touchdown.

"We're just not a very good football team," said Palmer after losing to the Bills. "I don't have words for the way we feel in this locker room about this game, about this season. And it's frustrating."

The Ravens lost 38-7 to the Steelers last time out as 9-point underdogs. Willis McGahee carried the ball 12 times for 50 yards with one touchdown while quarterback Steven McNair completed just 13 of 22 passes for a paltry 63 yards with an interception.

"It's not the end of the world, it's not the time to panic," McNair said. "We need to have a sense of urgency to get things going."

Oddsmakers currently have the Ravens listed as 4-point favorites versus the Bengals, while the game's total is sitting at 44.5
