NFL Football Preview: Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals

There might actually be something on the line for the Arizona Cardinals (8-7 SU and ATS) today when they host the Seattle Seahawks (4-11 SU, 7-7-1 ATS). (AI Wire Images)

Arizona clinched the woeful NFC West ages ago, but if the Bears win their early-afternoon start and the Vikings lose theirs, then the Cards can steal the conference’s No. 3 seed with a victory.

Even if Arizona is locked in at No. 4 at game time, this is a team that has lost four of its last five games in rather ugly fashion, none uglier than last week’s 47-7 thrashing at the hands of the Patriots. A stronger effort is required this week to set the tone for the playoffs.

Seattle might have spoiler intentions, but the Seahawks had their moment in the sun (or at least, in the snow) last week with a win at home over the Jets (-3.5). Get NFL betting in the Bodog Sportsbook.
