Someone has to win right? The two worst defenses face each other on Sunday, and barring a tie, either the Cleveland Browns or Detroit Lions will become the league's newest multiple winner.

Although these teams have the same pathetic record they are heading in opposite directions. The Browns under head coach Eric Mangini are imploding and getting worse by the week. The Lions are at least getting closer by playing more competitively and competing for a full 60 minutes.

Brady Quinn went 13-of-31 for 99 yards with two interceptions for Cleveland in its 16-0 loss to Baltimore in Week 10.

The Lions lost to Minnesota 27-10 as a 17-point underdog in Week 10. Last week was the first time Calvin Johnson and Matthew Stafford were on the field together since Week 4, resulting in an improved passing attack.
