NFL Free Agent Update: Seahawks Sign T.J. Duckett.

- According to NFL Network's Adam Schefter the Seattle Seahawks have agreed to a five-year contract with running back T.J. Duckett. Duckett rushed for 335 yards and three TDs for the Detroit Lions in the 2007-08 season. With Maurice Morris already on the RB depth chart, Duckett's signing adds to the rumors that the Seahawks plan to cut Shaun Alexander.
- Schefter is also reporting Jevon Kearse will visit the Tennessee Titans on Wednesday. Kearse was most effective as a Tennessee Titan, garnering rookie of the year honors in 1999 with 14.5 sacks.
- The New York Jets have signed former Titan CB Andre Woolfork.
- Rotoworld is reporting the Jets signed LB Calvin Pace to a six-year, $42 million contract. The deal includes $22 million in guarantees and a $20 million signing bonus.
