Unsurprisingly, the coach of the perfect team won The Associated Press 2007 NFL Coach of the Year.

Bill Belichick is the first coach since Dolphins coach Don Shula to lead his team to a perfect regular season, and despite controversies like "Spygate" was able to plow through almost every opponent en route to a 16-0 season.

This is the second Coach of the Year award for Belickick. He also won it in 2003, when the Patriots went 14-2 and won their final 12 games.
