How bad is it for the 0-2 Chiefs? Their starting QB and backup QB are banged up, and they may have to turn to third-string QB Tyler Thigpen in this game. The Falcons lost last week, and after a stellar first career start QB Matt Ryan was only 13/33 for 158 yards and two INTs in their loss to the Bucs.

The Chiefs are going with a youth movement, and so far it has produced nothing but losses. On the other hand, the Falcons are improving with their opening win and a defense that is decent and ranked 17th in the league.

Falcons RB Michael Turner is second in the NFL in rushing yards, which does not bode well for the Chiefs, who rank second-last in rushing yards allowed. Offensively the Chiefs are pretty pathetic, as they rank 27th overall and have only scored 18 points in their two losses.
