NFL Week 6 Picks: Detroit at Minnesota

Adrian Peterson was held to 32 yards on 21 carries in Monday night's road win against the Saints. That is sure to change this Sunday when the Vikings host the winless Detroit Lions.

Detroit has the 30th-ranked rushing defense in the NFL, and even though they held the Bears to under 100 rushing yards in Week 5 it will be a miracle if they slow down a hungry Peterson.

This has been an awful season so far for Lions backers. They are 0-4 (0-4 ATS) and have been outscored by 81 points.

Rod Marinelli's days as a head coach are coming to a close, but an upset win over the Vikings could extend his time on the sidelines. Bet on the NFL in the Bodog Sportsbook.
