Despite boasting near-identical records, the Ottawa Senators and Anaheim Ducks couldn't be more different coming into tonight's contest.

The Sens are reeling, having recently fired coach John Paddock. The Sens are 8-13-2 since January 13th, have fallen out of first place in the Eastern Conference for the first time this season and look shaky in goal, where Martin Gerber and Ray Emery have struggled.
