Despite boasting near-identical records, the Ottawa Senators and Anaheim Ducks couldn't be more different coming into tonight's contest.
The Sens are reeling, having recently fired coach John Paddock. The Sens are 8-13-2 since January 13th, have fallen out of first place in the Eastern Conference for the first time this season and look shaky in goal, where Martin Gerber and Ray Emery have struggled.
The Ducks are on fire, going 10-1-0 since the return of Teemu Selanne. The Finnish Flash has tallied seven goals and five assists during that stretch, including six goals during his current four-game goalscoring streak.
So even though tonight is a rematch of the 2007 Stanley Cup Finals, it's clear who the favorite will be heading in. The Ducks are -130 favorites on the moneyline, while the Senators are +110 road underdogs.
