The season has not even started yet and already NHL coaches are feeling the pressure to win or else.

Jacques Martin will be under the microscope at least as much as any coach as he takes over the bench duties for the Montreal Canadiens.

Martin arrives in Montreal at a time when nothing less than winning consistently is at the top of the team's priority list. The Habs are listed at +3000 to win the Stanley Cup this season.

Todd McLellan will also be feeling a lot of heat if the San Jose Sharks stumble out of the gate. The Sharks are one of the best teams in the NHL but keep imploding in the playoffs. Now that Dany Heatley is on board, the Sharks have to win.

Not that much is expected of the Toronto Maple Leafs but Ron Wilson will always be in the spotlight each night. Toronto is listed at +6000 to win the Cup.
