Sidney Crosby has gotten off to a very slow start this season, failing to register a point in his last two games and has managed only two assists in four games so far. Facing the Caps should help. Crosby has played the Capitals 11 times, leading the Penguins to a 10-1-0 record and he has scored in all but one of those games, totaling seven goals and 12 assists.

Alex Ovechkin has two goals in three games for Washington this season. He has posted six goals and nine assists in 12 career games versus the Penguins but Washington is only 2-8-2 in those games. With all this firepower it should be no surprise the over is 4-1 in the last five meetings.
