Nick Saban Victorious Over LSU

The No. 1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide squeezed by the LSU Tigers in overtime on Saturday by a score of 27-21 in head coach Nick Saban's return to his former stomping grounds.
Crimson Tide quarterback John Parker Wilson ran in the game-winning touchdown against the defense of the 16th-ranked club in the nation.
Parker Wilson threw an interception and 215 yards without registering a touchdown pass, but it was enough for his club to steal the win thanks to his pair of rushing TDs.
Tigers quarterback Jarrett Lee threw a frustrating four touchdowns on the day and registering just one scored touchdown.
Elsewhere on the late afternoon college slate, Texas Tech took down Oklahoma State, Penn State was upset by Iowa, 24-23, and fifth-ranked Florida laid the beats down on Vanderbilt.
