That sure has a nice ring to it.

In a trade that goes well beyond what the Cowboys are getting on the field of play, the club announced Wednesday that they've traded for troubled CB Pacman Jones from the Tennessee Titans. In exchange, Dallas will give up its 4th round pick (126th overall) in this weekend's NFL Draft.

While there is no doubting Jones' abilities on the field, there are many doubts that he can keep his nose clean off of it. Pacman has been involved in six arrests and 12 incidents where police were called to the scene since being drafted. They all played a part in commissioner Roger Goodell suspending Jones for the entire 2007 season. It should be noted that Goodell hasn't reinstated Jones as of yet.

This impending status was written into the trade. If Pacman plays a significant amount of time in 2008, the Titans will get an additional pick from the Cowboys in 2009. If he doesn't get reinstated by the NFL, sources said the Cowboys get the Titans' fourth-round pick in 2009.
