The Big East upsets keep on coming as No. 13 Louisville joins UConn as ranked teams that fell early in the tournament.

Pittsburgh Panthers forward Sam Young led all scorers with 21 points and 11 rebounds while Levance Fields scored six of his 13 points in OT to seal the 76-69 victory over Louisville.

Louisville's leading scorer, center David Padgett, kept to his scoring average of 11 points per game, but guards Terrence Williams and Jerry Smith struggled from the field, making only two of 20 shots.

Pittsburgh was able to win and cover the spread as 5.5-point underdogs.
