The AFC and NFC each have 19 wins in the current format. The AFC has been the more dominant team this past decade, but neither conference has won two games in a row since 2003. The NFC (+3) took last year’s matchup 42-30.
The Pro Bowl is an exhibition game and should be handicapped like one. The second-string and third-string units will be a lot more competitive in this case, but start anyway with the quarterbacks:
NFC: Kurt Warner, Drew Brees, Eli Manning
AFC: Peyton Manning, Jay Cutler, Kerry Collins
The NFC have a sizeable advantage in this department. Brees was the top QB in the league in terms of efficiency, followed by Peyton Manning and Warner. The warm Honolulu air will suit them just fine.
