It was reported late last week that a number of NBA small forwards are being shopped around as teams hope to fine-tune their squads after the massive roster upheavals that took place int he weeks leading up to last seasons trade deadline.
A number of names that have been subject to the rumors include Tayshaun Prince of the Detroit Pistons, New Jersey's Richard Jefferson, Charlotte's Gerald Wallace and Josh Howard of the Dallas Mavericks.
With the NBA Draft set to take place this Thursday, expect the rumor mill to start spinning faster and faster as teams jockey for roster space and draft position.
Since Prince's Pistons fell to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals a number of players have found their way onto the trade block including Chauncey Billups, Rasheed Wallace and Richard Hamilton.
It has also been made public that Phoenix Suns general manager Steve Kerr is offering guard Leandro Barbosa and forward Boris Diaw as possible trade bait.
