PGA Tour regulars can breathe a sigh of relief. Tiger Woods won't be at the FBR Open this week. Instead, he's traveling halfway around the world to play against the best of Europe in the Dubai Desert Classic where's he the even odds favorite to win. Woods won the tournament, which is played at the Emirates Golf Club, in 2006.
