Tito Ortiz to Star in Next Season of "The Apprentice"

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz (15-5-1) might be having some problems with his fighting career but outside the octagon, his status continues to grow.
"The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" will be one of 14 cast members who will compete on a special celebrity edition of the NBC show "The Apprentice" alongside Donald Trump.
Celebrities will donate winnings to charities of their choice with the winner getting $250,000 to give away.
The other cast members on the show are:

- Stephen Baldwin, actor from "The Usual Suspects"
- Nadia Comaneci, Olympic gymnastics gold medalist
- Tiffany Fallon, 2005 "Playboy" Playmate of the Year
- Jennie Finch, Olympic softball gold medalist
- Nely Galan, TV producer and Telemundo executive
- Marilu Henner, actress from "Taxi"
- Lennox Lewis, heavyweight boxing champion
- Piers Morgan, "America's Got Talent" judge
- Omarosa, former cast member of "The Apprentice"
- Tito Ortiz, UFC fighter and former champ
- Vincent Pastore, "Big Pussy" from "The Sopranos"
- Gene Simmons, lead singer of Kiss, reality-show star
The show airs on NBC, and the season debut for the upcoming seventh season of the show is set for Jan. 3 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Subsequent episodes air Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
In his last fight, Ortiz fought to a controversial draw against Rashad Evans (10-0-1). He has one fight remaining on his existing UFC contract.
