The Eagles are 1-10 in their last 11 games that have been decided by seven points or less and 7-19 in their last 26 games decided by seven points or less.  The inability to convert in a short-yardage situation cost them again and contributed to a 36-31 loss to the Giants on Sunday. Luckily this has not had a huge impact on bettors the Eagles are 6-3 ATS this season and are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 road games.

Philly is a 9-point favorite against a Bengals team that is coming out of a bye week after their first victory of the season, 21-19 over Jacksonville. Cincinnati is 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a bye week.
