The Minnesota Twins and Chicago White Sox are both in action today looking to come out on top of the American League Central division.
Should the Twins surpass the Kansas City royals today with Scott Baker on the mound and the White Sox lose, the book closes on the division race and the White Sox' season.
However, should the two teams remain within 0.5 games of each other after today, it will force Chicago to make up a previously rain delayed match up with the Detroit Tigers.
On the schedule for chicago on Sunday is the Cleveland Indians currently third in the AL Central and looking to play spoilers.
Elsewhere in baseball the Milwaukee Brewers and New York Mets will be rooting against each other as they look to avoid a potential tie-breaker, instead taking the National League wild card berth with a combination of a win and a loss.
