The woman who earlier in the year filed a restraining order against New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss has asked for her case to be dropped ESPN reports.

Rachelle Washington filed a restraining order against Moss because she claimed he hurt her and then prevented her from seeking medical attention.

On March 3, she filed papers with the Broward County Circuit Court clerk's office, asking that the case be dissolved.

"There has finally been acknowledgment that the injuries were not intentionally inflicted," Richard Sharpstein, Moss' lawyer told ESPN.
