So to get some publicity (and street cred) Taco Bell offered to donate $10,000 to charity if Fiddy (real name Curtis Jackson) changed his name to 79, 89 or 99 Cent. They also requested he rap a food order at one of their branches. That's a tall order for just a $10K charity donation.

However, when Fiddy got wind of this he was livid, as Taco Bell was using his name without his permission to promote their product. And rather than changing his name to 89 Cent, Fiddy is slapping the fast food chain with a $4 million lawsuit. That's a lot of Chalupas!

After Tompkins slapped 50 Cent with a restraining order, Fiddy retaliated with a $20 million defamation suit — as Tompkins has publicly accused 50 of setting fire to his home where she and their son were sleeping. The fire has been labeled suspicious and is still under investigation.

"I will not let this man break me—I won't," the 32-year-old Tompkins said in court.

Fiddy's attorney, Brett Kimmel, told E! News: "Ms. Tompkins is refusing to permit my client to have any contact with his son at all, even to the extent of not revealing his location to him. So we've asked the judge to order that access be given."

Tompkins and the couple's 10-year-old son Marquise escaped a fire that started in the middle of the night on May 30. They were treated for minor injuries along with four other people. As soon as she was released from the hospital, Tompkins told the press that 50 Cent had threatened her the week prior.

"Mrs. Tompkins is promoting the idea that my client is trying to kill her and her son," Kimmel told the judge.

50 Cent was filming a movie in Louisiana at the time of the blaze and reportedly, is not considered a suspect.

According to TMZ, 50 Cent (whose real name is Curtis Jackson) had repeatedly tried to evict Tompkins from his crib. A court ruled in his favor, but Tompkins was allowed to stay until the end of their 10-year-old son's school year.

However, the fighting between the two had become so volatile, one of 50 Cent's entourage trashed Tompkin's lawyer's office — and yesterday, their deposition had to be held at State Supreme Court for security reasons. The couple were also caught on camera fighting in the streets after the trashing of her lawyer's office. TMZ has the video.

There were six people in the home when the fire broke out, including Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise. All six were taken to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation. So far, no suspects have been named in the blaze.

Even though they're rappin' rivals, 50 Cent probably finds himself singing along to Kanye West's hit, "Golddigger."

50 won in his eviction case against Shaniqua Tompkins, his ex-girlfriend and mother to his 10-year-old son. Even though they split up years ago, Tompkins claimed she had the "right" to stay in a house that 50 Cent purchased — even though he wanted her ass out.

The judge ruled in favor of 50, denying Tompkins, who receives $6,700 in monthly child support, motion to stay in the house. The judge also ordered her to pay nine grand in 50's court fees.

Reportedly, Hilton started to cry and tried to plead with the staff to let her dance, blubbering, "But it's my party!"
