Winehouse reportedly told Blake Fielder-Civil, who is currently receiving treatment at a rehabilitation clinic in South Yorkshire, England, that she wants to start wearing her engagement ring again.

The toxic pair are now planning a wedding for three months.

According to Britain's News of the World, Blake told a friend: "We both know we've only ever been divorced on paper. This is the right thing to do. We've been talking on the phone five or six times a day. On Friday she told me she was going to put the engagement ring on. It's the engagement ring I gave Amy the first time. I think it cost £2,000 from Tiffany.

"We'd changed our status to married on Facebook a couple of weeks back but that was more of a laugh. This is the real deal. She told me she wanted to get married again. I feel so happy."

Winehouse has seemingly been clean and sober for a little while now. If they do in fact marry again, they will only have been divorced for three months.

A source tells the Daily Mirror, "Amy started shouting, 'I need to see someone, my boobs are fucking killing me.'"

Amy's manager drove her to the London clinic where ordered her to stay overnight as a precaution. Winehouse had only had her breasts lifted a few days prior and doctors warned her that she should be taking it easy, rather than working.

Winehouse said that the first talent she's signed to her label is her goddaughter, 13-year-old Dionne Bromfield from London.

"The first time I heard Dionne sing, I couldn't believe what I was hearing…such an amazing voice from such a young girl. I'm just so proud of her," Amy wrote on her website. "I'm very lucky to have a record label. I've got all these people that I love, that are really talented — and Dionne is my number one."

What a difference some R&R in St. Lucia makes! Amy Winehouse showed up for court today in London looking fan-tiddily-astic and was rewarded with an acquittal!

Winehouse had plead not guilty to assault charges, stemming from an incident where Amy punched a fan in the eye at a charity ball after they asked for a photo in September of 2008.

Miraculously, the judge found Amy not guilty on assault charges. Winehouse's defense? While prosecutors claimed the hit was deliberate, Winehouse claimed she felt intimidated as the fan was drunk and that she was too short to actually smack the girl in the face, so she went for the eye.

Winehouse was intimidated because the fan was drunk? How did the fan feel? Winehouse was probably drunk, on crack, had taken a hit of acid and injected a quart of bleach in her neck.

A statement released by Winehouse's management said they "regretfully announced that Amy and her band will no longer be performing at Shepherd's Bush Empire on 31 May. Amy would like to apologise to her fans who bought tickets for the shows."

The gig was supposed to be Amy's first U.K. performance in a year and she was to appear alongside Toots and the Maytals and I Blame Coco. Winehouse is currently working on her third album in St. Lucia.

Winehouse recently collapsed from “dehydration” in St. Lucia on Thursday and went to the hospital for a night of observation.

However, Winehouse jumped back on the booze train as soon as doctors gave her the green light. She immediately went drinking at Le Sport resort for the weekend.

Winehouse has really taken a liking to St. Lucia and will give her first performance in months later this week at the St Lucia Jazz Festival.

The U.K. Sun reports, "The dope-smoking duo collaborated on a pair of tracks in Los Angeles last year though they were too stoned to finish them. A source said: 'Amy came to the studio buzzing with ideas and the pair got on really well, even though Snoop turned up in his dressing gown with slippers on, which had Amy giggling. They were working at a frenetic pace at first but as the day wore on and more smoke breaks took place, the work rate slackened. By the time their studio time ended they had a pair of tracks sketched out but no finished product.'"

Well, Winehouse and Snoop did get a few things accomplished. Aside from ordering take-out, they also managed to watch two episodes of South Park and recorded a conversation between them about how McDonald's fries are way better with trans fats.

The AP reports, "Once inside the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court, she confirmed her name and date of birth and pleaded not guilty to a charge of common assault. Her lawyer, Mark Haslam, apologized for what he called the singer's slightly late arrival in court, saying she had left her north London home more than two hours earlier but had been delayed."

Multiple reports say that Winehouse appeared fidgety and asked how she was feeling, she responded, "I'm all right, thanks."

McCartney was recently added to the 120 acts at the festival among other big names who include, the Killers, Franz Ferdinand, My Bloody Valentine, Amy Winehouse, the Cure and Morrissey. Willie Nelson, Roger Waters and Prince, and this year has Canadian songwriter Leonard Cohen, who has not performed in the U.S. since 1993, will also take the stage.
