Reka Urban Crowned Miss Plastic Hungary 2009

If you've got a thing for women with perky breasts that don't move, than do we have a pageant for you! Miss Plastic Hungary went down last night which showcased contestants who sashayed across the stage with their breast implants, nose jobs and face lifts. Each contestant had to be at least 18, with a special category for women over 30. To qualify for the pageant, contestants had to prove they'd gone under the knife. Procedures such as Botox or collagen injections did not count.

Reka Urban was crowned the winner and the 22-year-old won an apartment in Budapest. The first runner up was Edina Kulcsar who won a new car, and third place went to Alexandra Horvath, who earned herself diamond jewelry worth over $10K. The plastic surgeons for each of top three also won awards.

"I think this competition is long overdue," said photographer Marton Szipal, a pageant judge. "Hungarians used to laugh about plastic surgery but it's time for Hungarian women to care more about their appearance. They are the most beautiful in Europe."

Miss USA Falls Again Thanks to Crystle Stewart

At the Miss Universe competition, Team America failed again. D'oh!. After Rachel Smith's failure to walk across the stage last year, this year's Miss USA, Crystle Stewart also landed on her arse. We smell a conspiracy.

Miss USA contenders have proven time and again that walking a smiling simultaneously is mission impossible and thus, the Miss Universe title was taken by Miss Venezuela, 22-year-old Dayana Mendoza.

Stewart, a Texas native, had placed in the top 10. Then, she fell. Hey, at least she looks good in a swimsuit. And if it's any consolation to her, Stewart's fall this year wasn't as bad a Smith's last year. Smith not only fell, but was later booed by the crowd in Mexico during the interview portion of the show.

Scorned Beauty Queen: Christina Silva Files Lawsuit

Christina Silva, the original Miss California filed a lawsuit against the pageant today citing racial discrimination. Silva, 24, was asked to give the crown to the second-runner up Raquel Beezely, 21. The pageant said an accounting mix-up led to the wrong woman being crowned Miss California USA.

Silva, who is of Ecuadorian and Mexican descent claimed that she was replaced because she looked too ethnic, even though Beezely is 25 percent Filipino.

Silva alleges that the pageant, its producer and the Miss Universe Organization engaged in fraud, negligence, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She also claims that the pageant director was looking for an "all-American girl" to win. For that, she wants $500,000.

The Miss USA Pageant airs tonight at 9 p.m. on NBC and sadly, Heather Mills will be a judge.

At the Miss Turkey beauty pageant in Istanbul, the crowd gave Paris Hilton a hesitant round of applause after she shook her belly on the dance floor.

Recently, Paris Hilton did Africa. She said she liked both South Africa and West Africa. True story, folks.
