Another day, another celebrity sex tape. This time, married couple Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart along with former Miss Teen USA contestant Kari Ann Peniche, are showcasing their mad sexing skills. Well, they didn't really have sex, but Defamer.com, who has the video, say, "we see the apparently inebriated threesome — at one point Gayheart says she needs to lay down because she's so high — lounging au naturel in the fallen beauty queen's Studio City apartment, passing around the camera and, for giggles, discussing what their porn names should be. Dane settles on 'Tuff Hedemen' (his favorite champion bull rider). Soon the threesome move to the bathroom where the two ladies disrobe and get into a jacuzzi tub while Dane takes over the camera duties."

In a statement, the couple's attorney Marty Singer said the three-minute excerpt from the 12-minute tape first posted by Defamer.com on Monday is old news. "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public," Singer said. "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."

Dane Cook stars in Grey's Anatomy, while Rebecca Gayheart had a part as Dylan McKay's girlfriend in the original Beverly Hills 90210. Kari Ann Peniche was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2002 but was dethroned for posing in Playboy. She then became a Hollywood madame and is among the cast in the upcoming season of Celebrity Rehab.

Dane Cook Rips Vanessa Hudgens Over Nude Pics

At the Teen Choice Awards over the weekend, Dane Cook called out Disney's Vanessa Hudgens, who raised her hand and seemed excited for the attention. However, things quickly went sour for her, when Cook said, "Girl, you got to keep your clothes! Phones are for phone calls, girl." Hudgens' smile faded fast. And the crowd, full of teens who love her ass, supported her by booing Cook. The show edited out the joke, (though not Miley Cyrus' pole dancing) but TMZ has Dane Cook's joke here.

New naked photographs of Hudgens hit the web last week showing Hudgens in various stages of undress. Apparently she took them for her boyfriend, Zac Efron.

Her rep had said, "This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public."

After the show, Cook told Access Hollywood, "That's the best part about being a comic, when you go, 'Maybe I can say the thing that everybody is kind of feeling and nobody [is saying].' The elephant in the room moment. So, I'll take it, I'll take the hit. It's okay."

Dane Cook Doesn't Like His Movie Poster

We at Bodog Beat see what Dane Cook is talking about in his meandering and at times, narcissistic complaints he posted on his blog. Just like when Nurse Betty was wrongly marketed as a cute, romantic comedy, resulting in audiences full of middle-aged moms fleeing the theater during the opening scalping scene – we are in agreement with Cook that the marketing of a movie determines what sort of audience will turn up.

Still, it's hard not to see Cook as nothing short of a whiny bitch who, after appearing in train wrecks like this – should be grateful he's in anything at all. In the following rant slash attempt at comedy, Cook counts the ways he hates the poster for his latest movie, My Best Friend's Girl. If you find you're not slapping your knee at his hilarity, it's not you, it's him. In April, Cook was named "Unfunniest Comic" by Boston radio station WBCN.

Here are some of the highlights: "My character is sporting a very high collar I mean damn they should be snow capped at that altitude. It's going for the vampire lurking in the castle basement vibe. An Olympic pole vaulter would have a tough go clearing that collar. I'm also able to turn my head comfortably 180 degrees, because I was raised in an abandoned barn by a family of owls." And "My character apparently has fallen in love with a strand of Kate Hudsons hair. Kate's mannequin is desperately in love with the inside of my right ear while Jason is half stunned, half corsage."
