Listing "irreconcilable differences," Shaunie filed a petition for legal separation in Los Angeles County Superior Court even though the couple lives in Florida. The reason for that is because the spousal support department in California is more generous than in Florida. Shaunie is asking for both spousal and child support.

Married for almost seven years, Shaq and Shaunie have four kids together – and one each from a previous relationship. Shuanie will be asking for full custody of all the four minor children.

This is the second time the couple has called off legal separation processes. Back in 2007, they filed for divorce but then asked a judge to dismiss petition four months later. Penn has most recently been linked to actress Natalie Portman and sources reported that Robin Wright Penn was “furious he was messing around with such a young star.”

During his marriage, Penn has also been linked to Sienna Miller and Lindsay Lohan. However, all seems to be well now and the impending divorce has once again been called off.

People reports, "This appears to imply that they’re reconciling again,” says L.A. divorce lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. “It’s unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason."

Penn and his wife began dating one year after Penn ended his four-year relationship to Madonna in 1989, meeting on the set of the 1990 thriller State of Grace.

Wright is best-known for her role as Princess Buttercup in the 1987 hit, The Princess Bride. Sean Penn's breakout role was in Fast Times at Ridegmont High. The Penns have two children together.

The two constantly battling exes are now arguing over Hoff's money in the afterlife. Bach is asking that a judge sign off on an order stating that if The Hoff, a recovering alcoholic who is often hospitalized, dies,  she still gets paid support through his life insurance.

Arquette filed legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court and has lawyered-up with celebrity divorce pitbull, Laura Wasser.

Gatecrasher reports, "'Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc’s show at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 14,' a friend of the couple tells us. 'Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven’t been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.'"

Lopez, who recently gave birth to twins, sparked marriage trouble rumors when she arrived looking smoking at The Curious Case of Benjamin Button L.A. premiere, sans her wedding ring. Rumor has it, Marc doesn't let her go out looking too hot.

Dr. Stephen Hermen interviewed the entire family and came to the conclusion that Cook showed the signs of a classic narcissist, needing "constant reassurance that he is a terrific guy, handsome, accomplished."

Hermen recommended that Brinkley be awarded sole custody of the children.

"While most people need some 'feeding' of their egos, Mr. Cook has an insatiable appetite," he said in his report, which was read aloud to the court.

Hermen did note, however that Cook was a good parent to the couple's two children, writing in his report, "despite what happened, the children love their father and have a close bond with him."

She also relayed how she had to tell her children: "I think daddy has fallen out of love with me." But she assured them they would always be "very, very loved."

Today however a new woman, Bridget Nisivoccia, has entered the mix. Although Nisivoccia, a 36-year-old interior designer, claims that her relationship with Cook was professional, Brinkley's lawyer is maintaining that Cook's affair with Bianchi "is just the tip of the iceberg."

Nisivoccia has not yet been named as a mistress of Cook's, though her name will come up in the trial later this week.

Brinkley and Cook were married for ten years. They have two children together.

Over the weekend, Cynthia accused Alex of being "brainwashed" by Madonna and her Kabbalah ways and also said her husband was having an affair with the Material Girl.

One of Cynthia's lawyers, Maurice Kutner, told the Post that the grounds for divorce are a "long period of infidelity on the part of Mr. Rodriguez" and "emotional abandonment."

For his part, A-Rod is accusing Cynthia of not wanting to reconcile.

And — to add more drama to the pot, Madonna issued her own statement, telling People, "My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study."

Cynthia is seeking a large settlement to support her lavish lifestyle. According to the divorce filing, Cynthia wants sole ownership of the couple’s Cora Gables, Fla., home, and claims she is entitled to "an equitable distribution of all assets acquired during the marriage."

She also wants sole custody of their two children as well as alimony and child support.

A-Rod is in the midst of a $252 million 10-year deal with the Yankees.

Gary Coleman will bring the drama of his marriage woes to our TV sets. Coleman, 30, and his 22-year-old bride of eight months, Shannon Price, appear on the Divorce Court TV show on which airs May 1 and 2.

“If he doesn’t get his way, he throws a temper tantrum like a five-year-old does. He, like, stomps on the floor and yells, ‘Meehhhh,’ and starts throwing stuff around. He bashes his head in the wall, too,” Price said, according to the show's transcripts.

The transcripts also note that Coleman takes the blame for their marital problems.

“It’s not her fault. I always feel like I have the weight of the world on my shoulders every day I get up…There are days I don’t even want to get up,” Coleman told Judge Lynn Toler.
