Wahlberg's wife is seeking sole physical and legal custody of the couple's two sons, Xavier, 15, and Elijah, 7. She is also seeking spousal support and attorney's fees from the 39-year-old singer.

The couple were married in 1999 and separated early this year.

One of the bigger names here tonight for the WPT Invitational is actor and brother extraordinaire Donnie Wahlberg. The ex-New Kids On The Block-er and current Entourage inspiration has made several appearances in celebrity poker events, including coming out for the Ante Up For Africa charity poker tournament hosted by Don Cheadle and Annie Duke at the WSOP this past summer.

He is currently sitting at a table with poker pros Gavin Smith and Barry Greenstein and fellow actor Don Cheadle. So far, he seems to be holding his own quite well.
