One of the most unreliable sources on the planet is saying that Lindsay Lohan was dating Heath Ledger when he died.

Radaronline has posted a phone conversation between parents Michael and Dina Lohan where Dina claims that Lindsay was dating Heath Ledger at the time of his death in 2008.

“She was dating Heath when he died," Dina said. "I don't know if you know that, but I know cause I would drop her off and they were friends. Very, very close, okay?"

Dina told Micheal, "When she's drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking."

She said that the Ledger's death was devastating to Lindsay. "That fucked her up," Dina said."

Referring to Lindsay’s suspended license from her DUI arrests, Dina said that she's grateful her daughter is not allowed to drive.

“She’s got to take that whole course, thank God. Imagine her behind the wheel of a car right now? That would be deadly.”

The Lohans also discuss Lindsay's tumultuous relationship with Samantha Ronson. Dina said she thinks it's a bad situation for Lindsay, but that Lindsay is too screwed up to see it.

"It's very easy for a rational person to say,” Dina added. “But [not] for an irrational person who has a problem with her DNA and alcohol and Adderall and asthma and every other things she's got wrong with her."

Last night, Hollywood got together and patted themselves on the back for a job well done. Stand out winners included Kate Winslet, who has lost five other times – as well as losing five times at the Oscars. Winslet took home two Golden Globes last night for best supporting ctress for The Reader and best actress for Revolutionary Road.

"I have a habit of not winning things," she explained breathlessly as she gathered herself on stage for her best supporting award.

As Winslet accepted her second award of the evening, she asked "Is this really happening?"

"Thank you so much. Thank you so much," she repeated.

It was also an amazing night for Slumdog Millionaire, who earned top honors at the Golden Globe Awards with best picture and best director (Danny Boyle) wins.

Mickey Rourke was genuinely surprised when he was named best actor in a drama for The Wrestler, marking a comeback for the actor, who had struggled to get back into Hollywood after destroying his career.

Rourke took the time to thank everyone who took a chance on him, including his dogs: "Sometimes when a man's alone, all he's got is his dogs and they meant the world to me."

The late Heath Ledger won for best supporting actor in The Dark Knight.

Here is the complete list of Golden Globe winners.

If Heath Ledger wins a posthumous Golden Globe for best supporting actor in his role as the Joker in The Dark Knight, the question of who will accept the award on his behalf has turned into a source of contention.

Reportedly, Heath's father Kim Ledger has his heart set on accepting the award on behalf of his late son, however the film's studio, Warner Bros., want Ledger's ex Michelle Williams to receive it on behalf of the couple's child, Matilda.

A friend of the family told Rush and Molly, "Why would Michelle be involved? She had nothing to do with the movie. They weren't even together when he passed away. Would you have your ex-wife accept your award? And they weren't even married. [Director] Chris Nolan or [star] Christian Bale would make more sense. Michelle makes no sense. It's like those rumors that she would go to the premiere of 'Dark Knight.' That was never in the realm of possibility."

The life insurance company of Heath Ledger is refusing to cough up the cool $10 million it owes upon the actor's untimely death, claiming that suicide is still a possibility even though it was ruled out by the New York City medical examiner.

The LA Times reports: "[RelaiStar] is being sued over failure to promptly pay that claim… the lawsuit says that ReliaStar is acting in bad faith by launching its own investigation into the actor's death. The suit was filed by a trustee for Matilda, 2, Ledger's daughter with actress Michelle Williams. The money would go into a trust set up for Matilda. ReliaStar's lawyers are going to try to take depositions from Mary-Kate Olsen, as well as that mysterious masseuse who made the calls to her from Ledger's apartment, costars on his last film, his agents, doctors, psychiatrists etc."

What do you do when you have nothing to hide? You don't do what Mary-Kate Olsen's lawyer has advised her to do — which is to refuse to speak to Feds and demand immunity.

Now, the DEA is convinced she's hiding something (duh) and have subpoenaed her ass to testify in front of a grand jury.

Basically, they want to know how Heath Ledger got his hands on the drugs that he overdosed on. And the fact that Olsen was called repeatedly when Ledger's body was found has raised their suspicions.

Mary-Kate's lawyer issued the following statement: "Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen's request, we have provided the government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed."

Access Hollywood, who broke the story, have consulted a lawyer who says that demanding immunity is a cautious way to proceed and does not imply guilt.

So far, there is no word as to when Olsen might be called to testify.

The New York Post is claiming that Mary-Kate Olsen is refusing to be interviewed about the death of her friend Heath Ledger until she is granted immunity from prosecution. After the Feds repeatedly attempted to question Olsen about the drugs he was taking at the time of his death, her lawyer, Michael Miller, has issued a statement.

"Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen's request, we have provided the government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed."

Law enforcement officials want to know why upon finding his body, Ledger's masseuse called Olsen three times before notifying authorities and one more time after paramedics arrived. Federal officials could obtain a grand-jury subpoena to get the pint-sized Full House alum to speak.

The AP spoke to a DEA who confirmed that Olsen is seeking immunity.

"The official confirmed a report that Olsen wants a promise of immunity from prosecution before speaking to the Drug Enforcement Administration. Olsen was a close friend of Ledger's, and was the first person called by a masseuse who found the 28-year-old Dark Knight actor's lifeless body in his Manhattan apartment. Authorities have obtained a subpoena that could force Olsen to appear before a grand jury if negotiations with her lawyer fail, the official said."

According to U.K. magazine Female First, actor Johnny Depp has been approached to play the role of the Riddler in the next Batman movie.

"Johnny would be amazing as the Riddler," a source told the magazine.
