Chef Gordon Ramsay and Joseph didn't exactly hit it off. (FOX Images)

Hell's Kitchen is back and this time, producers have cast a plethora of mentally unstable chefs to duke it out in the kitchen to earn the coveted gig of head chef at araxi restaurant and bar in Whistler, British Columbia. Whistler is the host of the 2010 Winter Olympics so the winning chef will be there.

Tonight, Fox aired back-to-back episodes where a diner chef was booted from the kitchen to make room for one of last season's finalists – the tough talking, morbidly obese, Robert. Robert made it to the final four last season but left the show due to health reasons. And upon his return, it was obvious that Robert hadn't changed much since season five, packing a whole lot of confidence with not much game to back it up.

Jean-Philippe and a hot-headed Texan named Van got into a somewhat scripted, but it seemed, somewhat genuine tussle. But that was nothing compared to the brawl Joseph and Chef Ramsay were about to get into.

When Chef Ramsay asked the hot-headed Joseph to name the nominees and to tell him why they're up for elimination, Joseph acted like a smart ass and pretty much refused to answer the question.

"They know who they are," Joseph sneered.

When Ramsay told Joseph to just answer the question, Joseph started yelling that he wasn't a bitch. Robert and some of the girls tried to tell him that he should show Ramsay respect, which sent Joseph into a frenzy. Joseph ripped his jacked off and got in Ramsay's face saying, "I ain't here for that. Let's go step outside. I ain't here for that dog!" And then - to be continued next week. D'oh!

The previews for next week show paramedics! Will Joseph be sent home? Will he punch Gordon Ramsay in the face? The Bodog Sportsbook has all of your television betting.

After all the yelling, crying, scheming and Lacey's creme brulee wrecking was over, Florida's 23-year-old Danny Veltri was the victor on last night's finale of Hell's Kitchen.

Danny overcame his opponent Paula DaSilva and earned himself a gig as head chef at Atlantic City's Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa as well as $250,000 in cold hard cash. Danny will work under chef Stephen Kalt at the resort's Italian eatery, Fornelletti.

Both Danny and Paula had been the show's frontrunners throughout the show, rarely getting rattled and almost always producing more superior food than their fellow contestants.

Of course, for the final epidsode, those who had previously been booted from Hell's Kitchen returned for the final service – and Paula got stuck with the useless Lacey, who immediately started work by curdling the creme brulee. Danny's kitchen moved a little more smoothly than Paula's and his blue team finished first, although Ramsay had said that speed was not a factor in his decision.

"Yeah! I won! I won!" Danny shouted as he jumped wildly after walking through the door. "Yeah! Woo-hoo! Yeah! Yes!"

"Danny won Hell's Kitchen because in a very short period of time he grew more than any other chef I've ever seen. He now has the talent and the maturity to become a great head chef," Gordon Ramsay said. "The Bogota resort should consider themselves lucky . I would."

Who will win American Idol? The showdown between Kris Allen and Adam Lambert goes down next week. Get your American Idol odds in the Bodog Sportsbook now.

After calling Hell's Kitchen contender Carol Scott a "loopy, stupid cow," the humiliation was finally over for the wannabe chef.

After both Ben, for the Blue Team, and Carol, for the Red Team, totally screwed up dinner service, Ramsay was hard pressed to find a winner. Based on the comment cards, the Red Team won the service and Ramsay sent Danny up to pick someone for elimination. However, Ramsay had hated Carol so much, we viewers knew her night wasn't over. During the shitty dinner service, Carol had crippled the Red Team by totally wrecking the potatoes.

At elimination, Danny put the overly-confident Ben up for elimination, but Ramsay ended up picking Carol to go home, delighting Andrea. Carol had also been clashing with fellow teammate Andrea for weeks who was more than pleased to see her go telling cameras that Carol's elimination from Hell's Kitchen was music to her ears.

Ramsay said he put Carol "out of her misery."

"I came here with the attitude that I'm going win this competition, and I'm going to be this famous chef that everybody wants to come and work for," she told the cameras after her elimination. "It's very humbling to be standing here a loser."

Chef Gordon Ramsay ignored the nominations for elimination on last night's episode of Hell's Kitchen, and instead, booted one of his least favorite contestants, culinary school teacher, Colleen. Now, Colleen had been a total fuck up during every single service and Ramsay was utterly floored and disgusted that she was teaching people how to cook.

Ramsay's hatred for Colleen was so intense that in prior episodes, his treatment of her was boarderline abusive at times calling her pretty much every name in the book and screaming in her face. However, although she still sucked during last night's dinner service, sending out a raw dessert, she fell under the radar due to other contestants who actually fucked things up worse.

Both teams had their meat stations totally fall apart. For the women, Andrea was off on her timing and hid Wellington's she'd overcooked (which Ramsay found, of course). For the blue team, J pretty much effed up everything he touched. The stress got to him and he started to forget orders.

So when teams nominated Andrea and J for elimination, Ramsay told the two to both get back in line. Ramsay called Colleen up and told her that each of her services had been awful, and therefore, she'd be leaving Hell’s Kitchen. However, Ramsay gave props to Colleen for her fight, telling the rest of the chefs they need to develop fight inside them. It was true. No matter how hard he screamed in Colleen's face, she never broke down. She may have been a crappy cook, but she could seriously take Ramsay's heat.

All the chefs returned to Hell's Kitchen to work for Team Christina and Team Petrozza — and somewhere, a loony bin was missing some patients.

Jenn came back with even more attitude than before, scorned for not being among the final two, while mentally unstable Matt was back to hinder any kitchen productivity with his goon-like insanity.

However, after serious Monkfish issues, Matt managed to pull it together long enough for his team leader Christina Machamer to win Hell's Kitchen.

Christina, a 25-year-old culinary student from St. Louis, MO, and Louis Petrozza, a 47-year-old catering director from Charlotte, NC, were the last and best two candidates standing in the battle for a job as the executive sous chef at Chef Gordon Ramsay's newest restaurant in Los Angeles at The London West Hollywood with a fat $250K salary.

Although the consistently decent Petrozza was the favorite to win, Ramsay’s explanation is that he sees Christina as an up-and-comer. Also, Petrozza was a slob and Ramsay hated that. So what do you think? Are you happy Christina won?
Don't worry, Bodog Beat refuses to use the Hell's Kitchen puns every other publication can't help themselves from indulging in. So no, "the heat" wasn't turned up in Hell's Kitchen this week; Gordon Rasmsay does not "dish up" any attitude — and no one will "get saucy." We won't let that happen. You're welcome.

On last night's episode, Christina had the edge, winning the last three challenges — but royally fucking up the fish station during service. Corey stepped up her game with perfectly cooked Beef Wellington, but failed to impress Ramsay as a leader. And Petrozza? Well, Petrozza was consistently Petrozza — not brilliant, but not bad either.

When it came time for the elimination, Ramsay first congratulated Petrozza, then asked Christina why she should be in the finals. She argued that while she's is a fast learner, while Corey argued that she should move on because she doesn't give up. Ramsay sent Corey home, then two large banners dropped from the ceiling displaying the Hell's Kitchen the final two chefs: Petrozza and Christina. Who will win Hell's Kitchen? Only the Bodog Sportsbook has your Hell's Kitchen odds. Get them while they're hot.
The queen of attitude met her match with Gordon Ramsay on last night's episode of Hell's Kitchen. Ramsay was all over her risotto and even though he commended the final four on their almost perfect dinner service, he had to send one contender packing.

Meanwhile, the notoriously messy Petrozza was emerging as this season's dark horse. Ramsay has never really criticized Petrozza's cooking, but more his cleanliness. Bodog Beat's final two predictions are Christina and Petrozza. What's on the line? A job as the executive sous chef at Chef Ramsay's newest restaurant in Los Angeles at The London West Hollywood with a fat $250K salary.

Corey is the other contender still in the running. Although she's been strong throughout the season, the stress is getting to her and Christina is starting to emerge as a more qualified contender. However last night, Christina kept putting the handle of her garnish pan over the fire, searing Ramsay's hand twice when he went to pick it up.

Ramsay screamed at Christina to stop looking at him like a "thick cow" and he threatened to boot her if it happened again, but it did, and he didn't. Go figure.

So we are down to the final three: Corey 6/1, Petrozza 1/1 and Christina 10/11. Who's your pick to win? Get your Hell's Kitchen odds in the Bodog Sportsbook and place your bets.

It. Down!"

After studying the comment cards, Ramsay decided that the women lost this week's competition and that Corey was "best of the worst." Rather than nominating the obvious choices Rosanne and Sharon, Corey picked Christina and Jen for strategic as well as personal reasons, which elicits a "fuck me" from Ramsay.

After speeches were given as to why they should stay in Hell's Kitchen, Ramsay picked neither of them to go home. Instead, he chose his least favorite Sharon, who freaked out Ramsay by cooking with her tongue sticking out. Ramsay called her the female version of Hannibal Lecter.

Now in its fourth season, Hell’s Kitchen offers viewers high-drama with an easily enraged British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, who takes on a group of 12 wannabe chefs. The last man (or woman) standing in this competition will be hired on as the executive chef at Ramsay’s new restaurant in Hollywood.

On the premiere episode, a contestant shocks Ramsay by stuffing a hen in a pumpkin and another contestant refers to himself the "black Gordon." Neither of these actions go over well.

After what Ramsay calls the "worst dinner service in the history of Hell's Kitchen," Dominic, a 43-year-old stay-at-home dad from Catawba, SC, who couldn't cook a scallop to save his life, was sent home.

Next week Ramsay makes the contestants root through the trash, the women bicker, and one of the guys pushes Ramsay too far. Tune in Tuesday 9/8c on Fox. Only Bodog has your Hell's Kitchen odds.
