Burky has a blog called "Satanic Panic," which reads, "Are multitudes of adults resorting to human sacrifices and then repressing this information from fear of Christ."

Garner says Burky has shown up at her home and said, "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."

Dennis Bridwell, Garner's security dude, submitted a declaration in which he said Burky once followed Garner to an event, gave her roses and a card that read "I love you forever" along with his contact information. Bridwell said, "Mr. Burky now represents a clear threat to Ms. Garner's life."

When asked by a USA Today reporter at the 10th anniversary of Baby Einstein products in Los Angeles, Calif., whether she had any upcoming projects, the actress reportedly pointed to her baby bump and said, "This."

And while Garner refused to reveal the due date, she did tell Access Hollywood, "We're so excited, obviously."

Garner and Affleck are already parents to 2-year-old Violet. Speculation that Garner was expecting began after the couple purchased a new $16 million house in L.A.'s Brentwood area.

In 2007, Garner told the U.K. edition of Marie Claire magazine that she couldn't wait to give Violet a sibling. "We definitely wonder what it would be like to have another – hopefully, knock on wood, someday," she said.

Wonder what color this child will be named after.

Apparently, one of Garner's Alias co-stars (Vincent Garber) is spreading the word.

"Yes, she is," Garber told Us in a taped interview when asked if recent speculation was true that the couple is expecting.

A source added, "She is five months pregnant. They are very happy."

Garner has a child with Affleck named Violet who is two years old.
