A source told The London Paper, "They definitely looked like a couple – and a good looking one at that! At one point, they were holding hands across the table, but they quickly hid them underneath. They looked really cozy as they dined, gazing into each other's eyes, smiling and laughing. They continued talking and drinking until very late into the evening – there was definitely a buzz in the air."

Miller and Harnett were also spotted together two weeks prior, just after she announced her split with Getty.

The Daily Mirror previously reported that Hartnett spent his Labor Day weekend festivities banging some broad in a hotel library, according to reports. And the rumor was, hotel security cameras were rolling so a sex tape could be in the process of being cut. However, not so, says Hartnett, who has lawyered-up and is looking to sue the UK Daily Mirror.

Hartnett is also seeking damages for defamation and a public apology, according to a statement.

The allegations are "not only untrue but a complete fabrication", said his legal representatives, adding they were "defamatory and unsubstantiated."

MSNBC reports, "Hartnett and an unnamed female friend allegedly provided a SoHo hotel staff with unexpected evening’s worth of awkward entertainment. According to a source, Josh and his companion entered what they believed was a secluded area of the hotel, a little-used library, and drew the curtains before getting cozy. 'Josh and the girl were getting pretty hot and heavy,' said the source who watched to actor’s actions on the hotel’s monitor. 'Unfortunately the hotel has security cameras all over the place — the library included.'

Several members of the hotel staff huddled around the monitor, but the source said, 'No one quite knew where to look and there was a very awkward silence.'"
