"When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown," says the source. "She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit-card information."

The source told People that as she left the club, "She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying 'I don't pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I'm freaking out!'"

Now Fox411 is reporting that Lohan has thrown yet another tantrum about paying for goods and services.

They report, "Lohan showed up to last Thursday’s launch of Jermaine Dupri’s new watch line 'NuPop' in collaboration with famed jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad at Kitson in West Hollywood, but wanted more than just a nice watch to take home. Although Linds was apparently already being paid to turn up to the gig, we’re told Mouawad offered the actress $500 to spend at Kitson, which she successfully bargained up to $1000.

Pop Tarts watched as Lohan (looking her usual worse-for-wear self) went crazy in the store pulling out drawers and insisting she wanted this and that, eventually racking up a hefty $15,000 bill. But when told she had exceeded her limit quite significantly, Lohan responded that “Pascal would take care of it because I’m the only celebrity here.”

Pascal said no, so she went and started talking smack about him to Jermaine Dupri who doesn’t even know her,” said an insider. “He was totally bewildered and couldn’t believe it. Eventually Pascal said she could have $2000 to spend but that was the absolutely limit.”

Michael Lohan recently released private conversations he secretly recorded that has Lindsay's mother Dina talking about how worried she is about Lindsay and how to get her daughter some help. It was also revealed in the conversation that Lindsay had been secretly dating Heath Ledger when he died.

Dina told Micheal, "When she's drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking."

She said that the Ledger's death was devastating to Lindsay. "That fucked her up," Dina said."

However, now TMZ is reporting that Michael could face significant jail time for releasing those tapes because there was a protective order in place that Dina obtained back in 2005, which bans Michael from communicating with Dina by email or phone until 2011. The tapes proved that Michael broke that rule by talking to Dina on the telephone during the time the ban was in place.

Radaronline has posted a phone conversation between parents Michael and Dina Lohan where Dina claims that Lindsay was dating Heath Ledger at the time of his death in 2008.

“She was dating Heath when he died," Dina said. "I don't know if you know that, but I know cause I would drop her off and they were friends. Very, very close, okay?"

TMZ reports that a judge decided to extend Lindsay's probabtion for another year so Lindsay can complete her 86 classes. Lohan arrived 90 minutes late, “appeared disheveled and strung-out with blood shot eyes” and told the judge she’s been too busy to attend all the classes.

Hollyscoop is reporting that Lohan was recently removed by police from the Bowery Hotel after she threw a room service tray at the door of what she thought was Samantha Ronson's room. However, because she was wasted, she got the wrong door. Don't cha hate when that happens?

A week ago, Lohan's father Michael called the LAPD after Lindsay had come home and discovered the break in. Lindsay was also a victim of a break in back in May.

Radaronline reports that XIV Karats is really, really pissed over the entire ordeal and has threatened legal action if they don't get their bling back. A source tells them, "The jewels were in Lindsay's care and they were only on a loaner, they were expected to be returned. If something is not resolved soon there will be legal action taken."

Lindsay was also accused of stealing a aquaintance's $11,000 fur coat. The victim was seated next to Lindsay at a party when her coat was stolen. She later saw pictures of Lohan wearing the coat in OK! magazine. Lindsay's lawyers quietly returned the coat.

The weirdest part of this story is that Lohan's famewhore of a father was the one who broke the story – as even though they don't get along, apparently, Lindsay called him when it happened.

Michael Lohan tells TMZ a safe was ripped off the wall and a couple of watches were taken. Michael seems to think it was an inside job because the people that work for Lindsay didn't turn the alarm on.

Michael told TMZ, "I am not going to put up with individuals violating my family. Lindsay is a charitable, generous person that always gives. This is a personal violation and it has got to stop."

Michael called the LAPD after Lindsay had come home and discovered the break in at 3 a.m. It is unclear as to why Lindsay didn't call the police herself, seeing as her father lives on the East Coast. Lindsay was a victim of a break in back in May.

She said, "Lindsay Lohan wrote me a note during this month's cover shoot. It read: 'Let's do it again some time.' I've put it on my office wall because, in all honesty, I don't know if I could. This was the most unpredictable, and confusing shoot in my magazine career. First, Lindsay was about to arrive. Then she was in Paris. She was almost on set, then she disappeared into her hotel room. She was ready for her interview, then she had to have a fake tan! But we got there."
