The crash happened on Interstate 85 in Virginia about 40 miles south of Richmond when the bus veered to the shoulder and traveled for a while before tipping over. There were fifteen passengers on the bus, and nine suffered minor injuries. Those injured were taken to Southside Regional Hospital in Petersburg.

TMZ says that officials are investigating whether the driver died before the crash or after — which could explain why the bus drifted off the road.

Apparently an actor named Alex Emanuel, who was a few feet away from the couple has told the press that the two were "full-on making out" and the Disney actress was acting "as giddy as a schoolgirl."

Liam made his way out of Miley's truck with his luggage when, "she jumped into his arms and threw her arms around his neck and kissed him and leaned back and he was dipping her," Emanuel tells People. "It was like a scene out of an old movie where the guy's getting on a train and they're saying their goodbyes."

Miley Cyrus is apparently under the impression that the grass is greener and is hoping that her stint as Hannah Montana will end soon so that she can focus on less lucrative endeavors – like her music career.

When asked whether there will be another Hannah Montana movie, Miley said, "I feel like this is a TV show, and we got really lucky with having the material to make one movie. To do another one, I feel like it takes away the reality of it all."

Cyrus does say however, that once season three ends, she said she hopes that the TV show will continue. However, there have been reports that both Cyrus and her father Billy Ray have a strained relationship with Disney since she's been vocal about wanting out of her contract.

"We are continuing to do season three, and we all wish to do a season four, and I would love to do that if the time is right and if that's what everyone agrees on," she said. "I don't know if I would do another film, but I would love to do another season. I think that would be what we would all agree on."

This summer, Cyrus is slated to film a script by The Notebook author Nicholas Sparks, The Last Song.

"Pop culture proves that teens are more ready than ever to discuss the subject of sex," LifeStyles VP of Marketing Carol Carrozza told OK! magazine.

According to the mag, the contraceptives company offered the Hannah Montana star a cool $1 million to be their poster girl. "We believe that Miley is both influential and relatable to this afflicted set – and is the obvious choice to get the message of safe sex out to teens across America," Carrozza said.

However, Cyrus' camp denies having received any offers from LifeStyles and maintains that the 15-year-old star would definitely not consider the offer. "We never received an offer, nor would she consider the offer," a rep for Cyrus told E! News.

The auction kicked off on July 22 but doesn't close until July 29. Already, the bid stands at $2,000, but not to worry, the teen queen won't be pocketing the cash. The auction benefits the Cyrus family's charity, Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation, which supports underprivileged kids, according to People magazine.

In addition to being the Hannah Montana star's date, fans can also bid on some of Cyrus' clothes, signed CDs and posters and some of her favorite things.

"It is still early days, but Miley is really interested in the film, which follows the story of a lovable, lost suburban girl who descends into a life of reckless partying and promiscuity," said a source. "If she does get the part, you will be seeing a lot more of her than you did in the Vanity Fair photos – there would definitely be nude scenes."

The Hannah Montana star stirred up quite a lot of controversy when she posed "topless" for the cover of Vanity Fair magazine earlier this year, but on Tuesday's Good Morning America, Cyrus said, "I think I was just in a stage where I was trying to get things done, maybe look for an older audience.

"I was working with a big magazine just trying to go with what they were saying… People need to remember that I am young and that I do have feelings, and I'll do the same thing for them. Anyone who was 15 years old can't say they haven't made a mistake. So I think it's just normal."

Cyrus also refuses to believe that Disney up-and-comers Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato are "the next Miley." "People are looking up to what I do," she said to Female First. "But I don't think there could be a next Miley. I think they should be the next Selena, Demi. Make their own way."

OK, Miley, stop talking about yourself in the third person now.

After the freaky shower photos were leaked onto the Internet of the 15-year-old Disney star posing sexily in the shower (and all you creeps out there Googled them), Cyrus maintains that she won't be having sex anytime soon.

"I like to think of myself as the girl that no one can get, that no one can keep in their hand," Cyrus bragged. She also mentioned a "purity" ring that she wears.

"Even at my age, a lot of girls are starting to fall," she says, "and I think if [abstaining] is a commitment girls make, that’s great.”

Miley also went on to talk about how she wants to do a cleaner version of Sex and the City and how "empowered" she feels when she sees herself on a T-shirt.

"A girl wouldn’t be wearing a shirt with me on it just because she liked my show," Cyrus said. "She must look up to me."

Following last week's circulation of racy Miley Cyrus photos on the Internet, the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star is "sorry," reports People magazine.

"My goal in my music and my action is always to make people happy," the Disney star said. "For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarassed."
