Nick's sister Brooke Hogan, took to her MySpace page to write down her – umm – thoughts.

"All I ask, is instead of making this harder, and putting evil things out there, you pray for John and for us, and leave words of inspiration. I know- like I know -like I know- John is gonna walk out of that hospital and things will be ok again. I know his strength and I know he can do it with our prayers. To all the people who have been supportive- It has helped MORE than you will ever know. I can not thank you enough. Please pray for my brothers safety too. This is a really tough time he has gone through and I know all he wants to do is show you, John and his family how much he cares and understands.

ok. Back to the happy stuff! I just can't wait to see my Nicky! Im gonna make him every kind of food you can possibly think of! Hes been living on bread an potatoes so far and I know some mac'n'cheese is gonna hit the spot! LOL"

Hulk Hogan's wife, Linda Bollea, is asking a Florida judge to throw the book at Hulk for not paying his share of a $4.2 million Las Vegas condo. If the judge agrees, Hulk will be jailed until he pays up.

The couple are required by law to share the cost of a condo they purchased together at The Palms Hotel and Spa, however, Hulk balked and hung Linda out to dry.

Hulk has been faced with a litany of bad luck lately. His son caused a crashed that left a boy in a vegetative state; his wife filed for divorce and demanded half of Hulk's earnings; his George Foreman rip-off machine was just recalled for being a fire hazard; his embarrassing telephone calls between himself and his jailed son were released to the media; his wife began dating a 19-year-old and, Hulk is being sued. Although you can't say some of this bad luck isn't deserved (the suing), you must admit, that's quite the shit storm.

TMZ is reporting that The Hulk Hogan Ultimate Grill, which retails for a cool $179.96, has been recalled because it is a fire hazard. Reportedly, if users spray cooking oils or sprays on the device, it could "ignite or flare up."

After Larry King played the tapes, Hogan tried to spin it by saying the recordings were taken out of context, but the tapes were pretty incriminating. A holier-than-thou Hogan also quoted the bible many, many times.

Hogan did admit however, "Did I say things wrong? Yes. I said them incorrectly."

Nick is currently is serving an eight-month sentence for felony reckless driving. Graziano is expected to be bedridden for the remainder of his life.

A former teacher, 29-year-old Stephanie Ragusa, who has plead not guilty to having sex with teenagers at the Florida middle school she worked at, attempted to pass the strapping young Hogan a note.

Apparently, the note never made it into Nick's hands as it was confiscated on the spot, but our trusty friends over at TMZ have a copy.

Although the letter was "not sexual in nature" perhaps she was "grooming" him for a little bit of jail-house action down the road? She is currently awaiting trial.

Nick Hogan was immediately taken into custody after the judge read his sentence: eight months in jail and five years of probation in the car crash that left his friend, John Graziano, seriously injured with extensive brain injuries.

The Clearwater Police Department completed an investigation into the causes of the crash and concluded that Nick was speeding and had also been seen drinking the night of the crash. The tolerance level for a driver under 21 is zero.

At the Pinellas County court today in Florida, Judge Philip Federico handed down the sentence to an emotionless Nick Hogan, who was supported by his lawyer Kevin Hayslett.

Hayslett told reporters that Nick is "happy" with the sentence.
