The Royals suspended are catcher Miguel Olivo (five games), pitcher Zack Greinke (five games) and manager Trey Hillman (one game). White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen will miss two games.

Both Olivo and Greinke have appealed their suspensions.

The brawl started when the Royals were already laying a 14-3 whooping on the White Sox in the 5th inning. When Olivo, who already had three RBIs in the contest, was hit by a pitch by reliever D.J. Carrasco it caused a bench-clearing brawl.

Both teams were warned, but then Greinke plunked White Sox outfielder Nick Swisher in the seventh and was ejected as well.

It’s been a big couple of weeks for baseball blow-ups, and not just the inflatable women that caused a minor stir in the Chicago White Sox locker room, although that sex-toy display may have played a role in manager Ozzie Guillen’s latest profanity-laced tirade.

The F-bomb-per-sentence ratio in Guillen’s latest rant was so high it was hard to tell amid all the “bleeps” why he was so angry. Turns out it was the (bleeping) Chicago fans and (bleeping) media picking on his horse (bleep) team while praising a (bleeping) Cubs team that hasn’t won a (bleeping) World Series in 100 (bleeping) years.

Apparently, it doesn't take much to make Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen lost his cool.

During a pregame interview held prior to Chicago's loss to Toronto on Sunday, Guillen responded to a seemingly innocuous question about a minor leaguer's chances of making the White Sox lineup in fine fashion.

He ripped Cubs fans, White Sox fans, the media and himself in a tirade for the ages.

"Right now everyone in Chicago is making lineups — 'Call up this guy, call up that guy.' … If we had 50 people allowed on the roster, we could do that. That's what ticks me off about Chicago fans and Chicago media: They forget pretty quickly. A couple of days ago we were the [bleeping] best [stuff] in town. Now we're [bleep]," Guillen said.

"We won it a couple years ago, and we're horse[bleep]," Guillen said, according to the Chicago Tribune. "The Cubs haven't won in [100] years, and they're the [bleeping] best. [Bleep] it, we're good. [Bleep] everybody. We're horse[bleep], and we're going to be horse[bleep] the rest of our lives, no matter how many World Series we win.

"We are the [bleep] of Chicago. We're the Chicago [bleep]. We have the worst owner [Jerry Reinsdorf]. The guy's got seven [bleeping] rings, and he's the [bleeping] horse[bleep] owner."

Wow.
