She has been married to Thomas Jane for the past two years, who starred in The Mist and also earned himself a spot in the Celebrity DUI club last March.

Arquette filed legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court and has lawyered-up with celebrity divorce pitbull, Laura Wasser.

The couple have a five-year-old daughter and no prenup. Arquette was once married to Nicolas Cage, which lasted five years. Arquette also has a 20-year-old son, from a previous relationship with musician Paul Rossi.
