This is old news but it has surfaced again thanks to the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which aired on Bravo last night. The hottest housewife (by far) has had some really embarrassing pictures leak on The Dirty.com, and we all laughed a moved on – however, last night's episode showed Gretchen's shameful pictures and some new ones, like Gretchen lying naked on a bed with a vibrator. Now usually fame whores like Gretchen have a hand in releasing sex tapes or sexy photos of themselves and then they make a huge deal about suing the company who releases them – however, we don't think that's the case here, as Gretchen is obviously wasted in many of these pictures, especially the one where she's on the toilet.

On last night's episode of The Real Housewives, professional squatter Lynne Curtin wanted to bring the girls together and bring attention to her jewelry line. However, Lynne's cheesy "cuff" jewelry was put on the back burner due to the drama between Gretchen and Tamra, who started arguing across the dinner table calling each other “hooker” and “whore." Tamra, of course, referenced the scandalous pictures and accused Gretchen of preying on old men. Gretchen's much older fiance recently died of cancer, leaving Gretchen a cool $2.5 million.

Want to make easy money like Gretchen? Bodog has all your reality TV odds and more! Don’t have an account yet? Join Bodog now. It’s free.

Last night's episode of Survivor: Samoa was probably one of the most dramatic episodes ever. Russell Swan, the leader of Galu, worked through the five days of heavy rain. While everyone on his tribe was taking shelter, Russell was busy keeping the fire alive and working in the cold and wet.

Other teammates expressed their concern about Russell pushing himself too hard – almost an ominous foreshadowing of what was to come. During the challenge, tribe members were blindfolded. A tribe member without a blindfold was put inside a giant sphere and had to guide the rest of the blindfolded tribe mates, who were to navigate the ball through the maze. Russell was one of the blindfolded participants – and during the challenge, he started to warble. Host Jeff Probst didn't pay too much attention to Russell's strange behavior, as he was blindfolded, so his staggering around wasn't unusual. However, he then rested his head on the wooden maze and became unresponsive. Probst called for the medics, who immediately rushed in. Russell tried to say, "I’m good," but Jeff told medical, “he was definitely out."

Russell was laid down on the ground, blindfold off muttering, “I’m good, let’s go, let’s go.” Jeff told Russell to relax, and instructed everyone else to remove their blindfolds. The tribes were told to go back to camp, that no one would win the pizza party prize and that both tribes would be at tribal council voting someone out.

The scariest moment came when Russell tried to sit back up. He said he was a little lightheaded but then his eyes glazed over and he fell back to the ground. This time, his eyes were wide open and he was completely unresponsive. After he came to, a woman from the medical team said, "I don’t feel comfortable keeping him in with what his heart is doing."

Host Jeff Probst blogged about what cameras didn't catch.

"For the next 45 minutes we monitored Russell’s vital signs. We gave him water from his canteen. We gave him oxygen. We propped him up and gave him time to try to relax and get calm.

During that time Russell and I talked about a lot of things. He was very worried that he would be pulled from the game. He was worried how he would be portrayed and what his family would think. He did not want to be seen as a quitter."

Probst then wrote, "When Russell passed out for the third time, I got very worried. Then his heart rate dropped 30 beats in less than a second. I was watching the heart rate monitor and when I saw it move from 97 to 68, I was honestly concerned that we were losing him. Forever.

What you didn’t see was that after Russell pulled off his oxygen mask in frustration, he experienced a lot of different emotions, all of them completely understandable. He was extremely frustrated at me, at medical, and at production in general for pulling him from the game. He yelled. Then, he got quiet. Then, he cried. Finally, he prayed. It was extremely emotional and simultaneously beautiful. He was in a very vulnerable state and to be a witness as he processed the situation and made peace with it was an honor."

Probst also said that he thinks Russell was unaware of the gravity of the situation and that when he watches the episode, he'll know that the right call was made. What did you think? Did you think Jeff made the right choice pulling him from the game? With good Russell gone, will "evil" Russell prevail?
Gah! Who is that Frankenwhore sneaking up behind Kim Kardashian? Oh, it's Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin. She spends a lot of money to look that nasty, people. Moving on, apparently, with her sister Kourtney earning some press for getting knocked up and her other sister Klohe Kardashian getting all the attention for a quickie marriage to Lamar Odom, Kim is feeling left out. Therefore, she wants a baby. Weee!

Life and Style reports, "'Kim is selling her condo so she and Reggie can buy a home together in Los Angeles,' her friend says. And the prospect of having a big house has Kim thinking about how she and Reggie will fill it. 'I want a lot of kids,' Kim tells Life & Style. 'Maybe five or six. A mix of both boys and girls.'"

So I'll agree that the title of this post may be misleading because as far as we know Kim is not pregnant, but Google Trends dictates that the "Kim Kardashian Pregnant" search query is "on fire" and well, it beefs up our traffic. Sorry if you came to this post hoping beyond hopes that Kim is pregant. I don't know why you care. I also don't know why Kim is famous. Something to do with her junk?

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert recently had a racy photo spread with Details magazine. Adam Lambert came out in an issue of Rolling Stone, telling the magazine: "I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay. I’m proud of my sexuality,” Lambert said. “I embrace it. It’s just another part of me."

And the fact that he is gay doesn't seem to stop women. Lambert has this Elvis-like effect on the ladies. At concerts, Lambert tells Details that the stage is inundated with the bras of female concertgoers. Moreover, in the sexy, new Details spread, Lambert reveals that he also finds women very sexy.

"There was one woman in Jersey who was actually gorgeous," says Lambert. "She had obviously had a couple of cocktails, and during an after–show meet–and–greet, she just slithered up next to me and started kissing my neck. I was cool with it. But then it started to get a little weird because she was, like, moaning. She gave me a note that said, 'I want to make out with you, here's my number,' and I was like, wow, this is crazy. But again, it's cool. Because yeah, I am gay, but I like kissing women sometimes. Women are pretty. It doesn't mean I'm necessarily sleeping with them."

Adam Jasinski, 31, who won the reality show Big Brother back in 2008, was busted on Saturday after he was caught trying to sell drugs. The bust was pretty big, as Jasinski confessed to using his $500,000 prize to buy thousands of oxycodone pills and resell them, authorities said. You think he'd use his winnings to fix those horse teeth. Whoops. Did I say that out loud?

Jasinski flew to Boston and showed the witness a sock containing two plastic bags filled with oxycodone. When the police moved in, a panicked Jasinski tried to throw the incriminating sock under a car. The witness stated that Jasinski had said he used his winnings from the CBS reality show to start his own drug dealing business.

Jasinski faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine on a charge of possession of oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.

Please tell me that there is at least one other person out there who agrees that this whole Jon and Kate Gosselin thing is a big fat WHO GIVES A CRAP. In fact, I'm half-ashamed to be blogging about it on the Bodog Beat because I absolutely loathe their stupid reality TV show (I tried to watch an episode once but I couldn't make it past the first couple of minutes). Honestly, I would rather subject myself to a weekend marathon of Discovery Health's I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant and A&E's Hoarders than watch a single episode of that piece of crap TV show. GAH!!

But then there's this hideous side of me that really wants to understand WHY. Why do so many people care about these douchebags?

Read: The Unreal Rise of Jon and Kate Gosselin by Nancy Jo Sales.

At long last, VanityFair.com comes to my rescue. Now here's an investigative story that starts with the important questions, goes back in time to remind us how these people came to be in our faces 24/7 (in case you don't know, it's a sad story about a couple's struggles to feed, clothe and provide proper shelter for their children, blah, blah, blah) — and then dives head first into the cesspool that has become Kate Gosselin's life — all while following Kate around as the poor woman tries to get some shopping done at F.A.O. Schwarz in Manhattan, NY. I mean really. She can't even leave her home-away-from-home at the Essex House hotel without being bombarded by paparazzi.

"I can tell you why probably Princess Diana died," Kate tells Vanity Fair. "Those flashes are blinding!"

Among so many other stupid things to come out of her mouth during this interview, that Kate Gosselin has the audacity to compare herself to Princess Diana — is beyond reproach.

Anyway…

The Unreal Rise of Jon and Kate Gosselin by Nancy Jo Sales…

For her interview with Kate Gosselin of TLC's hugely popular Jon & Kate Plus Eight, VanityFair.com reporter Nancy Jo Sales does a little dirt digging and backtracking to gain a better understanding of the woman who has managed to hog valuable space on the covers of Hollywood's trashiest tabloids. It's essential reading for anyone who, like me, can't for the life of them figure out how it all went wrong.

And by "it" I mean us.

To start things off, Sales asks other media types — like TMZ's Harvey Levin and Ginia Bellafante, TV critic at The New York Times — how two average parents from America's pretzel and potato chip capital (rural Pennsylvania) with way too many kids managed to turn their life into a reality TV show en route to becoming the biggest celebrity story of the year?

Here's what Levin had to say:

"Watching a woman push a wagonful of kids up the street is just not interesting to me. But then when it started to unravel, it became interesting in a different way."

And here's how Bellafante sums it up:

"It became a show that was completely suited to a multi-platform world. You can't just watch Jon & Kate on television and understand it anymore. You have to participate in it on all these different levels—tabloids, news shows, talk shows, the blogosphere. Jon & Kate became unintentionally brilliant because it demanded so much other consumption to find out what was 'real.'"

And that's it. That's how and why we're all going to hell in a hand basket. Please. Someone. Anyone? Stop the madness that is Jon & Kate Plus Eight.

Oh David Hasselhoff, your tragic career is so awesome in so many ways, you just don't know it yet. On second though, maybe you do. The question is, who wouldn't watch a show about David Hasselhoff's life where he could be doing things like getting drunk and eating burgers off the floor? Well fellow Hasselhoff lovers, (which includes Hasselhoff himself), The Hoff may have made a deal with A&E for a reality show based on his life.

A rep for A&E told TMZ, "We are discussing a possibility of doing a documentary series with David and his kids."

David's daughter Hayley tweeted last week, "The Hasselhoffs signed the deal with A&E. Get readdyy for it."

Hasselhoff's unbearable cheesiness exists alongside a sincere, honest-to-goodness narcissism – and we look over his flaws and God complex because his love for himself is fascinating. A David Hasselhoff reality show might be the greatest idea since the Ballon Boy hoax!

Hasselhoff once said: "There are many dying children out there whose last wish is to meet me."

Will Hasselhoff get his reality show? The Bodog Sportsbook has reality betting. Need an account? Join Bodog now.

What a crazy, crazy couple of days it has been for the Heene family. However, is all this craziness a surprise to them or a carefully crafted scheme in order to position themselves for reality show fame?

This morning, the Today Show's Meredith Vieira grilled Richard Heene, Falcon's father, after Falcon had gone on Larry King Live and said that this was "for the show." During Richard Heene's explanation, where he said Falcon had just repeated what a news cameraman had said and was not in reference to the family faking the story for attention, Falcon hilariously puked.

It seems unbelievable that a family would go to such legnths to get national attention, but now TMZ is saying it might just be so. TMZ reports that the Heene parents, who had previously appeared on Wife Swap, had been pitching a show about their "wacky family."

Richard Heene apparently approched the producers of Wife Swap with the show idea, as well as TLC. TLC produces Jon and Kate Plus Eight, as well as stupid shows about stupid professions, including one about mall cops. Yes, mall cops. Do you think the Balloon Boy story was one giant hoax? The Bodog Sportsbook has reality betting.
Last season, everyone watched as Joan Rivers went toe-to-toe with poker pro Annie Duke when the Celebrity Apprentice got vicious and personal. At one point, Rivers even called Duke Hitler. Awesome. Donald Trump knows a good thing when he has it – and the drama and egos celebrities bring to The Apprentice has revived interest in the once struggling reality TV show.

Filming for Celebrity Apprentice begins next week and producers have not made an official announcement about the new cast, but it looks like there has been a leak, as a handful of the new contestants were photographed filming promotional shots in New York City.

So far, castmembers indlude: Sharon Osbourne, Rod Blagojevich, Brette Michaels, Cindy Lauper, Holly Robinson Peete and Darryl Strawberry.

Most notable is Blagojevivh, the former Illinois Governor who was caught trying to sell Obama's senate seat. Blagojevich has been trying to pimp out his scandal with some serious media whoring since his impeachment. A judge had previously shot down Blagojevich's reality TV hopes for the NBC show, I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! by not allowing him to travel to Costa Rica for filming. His wife Patti Blagojevich joined the cast instead. Rod Blagojevich was seriously needing the cash with the impending legal fees, however the judge called it "a bad idea" and suggested Blagojevich find another way to earn money. Looks like he didn't take the judge's advice!

Think Blagojevich stands a chance? Get all your reality TV betting in the Bodog Sportsbook today!
