Dude, if you can't smoke a doobie at the Uppsala Reggae Festival, you can't smoke a doobie anywhere.

Paul was taken into custody on suspicion of possessing narcotics. TMZ reports that 200-300 people also were brought in from the Fest this weekend on drug-related charges and ten artists performing in the show were also taken downtown for questioning. Was there anyone left?
