Carrie Prejean, you are golden gift to the media of the world. You are a story that just won’t quit. In a recent dramatic turn of events, Prejean had a sex tape of hers revealed in a meeting with the Miss California pageant over her upcoming $1 lawsuit for religious discrimination.

The tape had its intended effect and Prejean dropped the lawsuit faster than her pants in the video. Now, RadarOnline has run an exclusive report stating that a total of eight Prejean sex tapes exist and 30 nude photographs. Apparently, each of the sex tapes is of her… enjoying herself, just like in the first revealed tape.

The 30 revealing photos are mostly of her posing topless while some are fully nude. Again the solo aspect comes into play as the majority are taken by herself standing in the mirror.

While the details involved here make the story sound plausible, we at the Beat are yet to see any proof that these sex tapes or photos exist. RadarOnline doesn’t post any clips or show any strategically blurred images, so it might just be some kind of Balloon Boyesque attempt to get free media attention.

If the tapes turn out to be real, a couple immediate questions spring to mind: who keeps leaking these sex tapes and why does Prejean keep storming around like a holy warrior when she knows there’s plenty of evidence out there that will be sure to come out to shame her?

Last night, she appeared on Hannity and admitted the sex tape existed. The crusader against porn (seriously, she writes about it in her new book), told Sean she was just a teenager when she decided to send her boyfriend — who she "loved and cared about" at the time — the racy video of herself. Prejean also said she takes "full responsibility" for the "humiliating" tape.

This morning however, Prejean appeared on the Today Show and was more tight-lipped about the tape. She said that the humiliation she has suffered has been at the hands of others who have launched a 7-month campaign against her. She said that people are trying to "embarrass" and "humiliate" her because of the biblically correct answer she gave during the Miss USA pageant. When asked by Meredith Vieira why she dropped her million dollar lawsuit against Miss California, Prejean deflected that she's "not allowed" to discuss the outcome.

Before the big sex tape scandal, topless photos surfaced and Prejean blamed the wind for blowing her shirt open as a professional photographer happened to be taking pictures. Pfft.

Lopez and Cuban-born Noa were married for less than year back in 1997 and now Lopez is suing Ojani and a man named Ed Meyer for $10,000,000.

In her lawsuit, Lopez claims that Meyer sent her attorney an email stating that Noa had sold him the "exclusive rights" to "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage" of Lopez and Noa. Some of the footage includes some intimate time from their honeymoon and features Lopez "in (a) revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from (her and Noa's) honeymoon."

She had sued her ex once before back in April of 2006. Lopez sued to stop him from publishing a book containing personal details about their marriage, under the terms that the book violated a confidentiality agreement he had signed.

Prejean, who recently had to drop a million-dollar lawsuit against the Miss California pageant because they whipped out her solo sex tape in front of her own mother, is now peddling her book. Problem is, the book, penned by the anti-gay marriage advocate and Republican poster girl, is basically chocked full of hypocrisy now that her tape has surfaced.

TMZ reports that the book is full of bullshit passages, like this one: "Unfortunately, pornography has become mainstreamed — it rushes at us through big screens, portable screens; soft-core porn is on mainstream TV cable stations, hard-core porn is just a mouse click away on the internet, and the envelope of what seems acceptable seems to get pushed farther and farther as more and more people are exposed to this material. The result is that girls grow up in a culture where it is hard to have an innocent, healthy, normal view of themselves, how they should behave, how they should act, and how they should dress."

Since Prejean told Perez Hilton he has no right to get married because he is gay at the Miss USA pageant, serious skeletons have crawled out the closet of the biblically correct conservative. Said skeletons include: racy pictures, fake breasts and most recently, a really dirty sex tape.

For the record, Prejean also writes, "Our bodies are temples of the Lord. We should earn respect and admiration for our hearts, not for showing skin to look sexy – I have since learned that your outer beauty can only get you so far in life."

Prejean, a Republican who says she was just doing the "biblically correct" thing by speaking out against gay marriage, was suing the Miss California people for over a million bucks after they took away her crown, citing religious discrimination. However, lawyers for the pageant presented Prejean with a racy sex tape that starred Prejean and so she walked away from her lawsuit pretty fast. TMZ reports that the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist and Prejean will make nothing in the settlement. I wonder if sex tapes are biblically correct?

It's important to note that pageant officials say that Prejean was terminated from her role as Miss California because she was not fulfilling her obligations. Prejean apparently failed to make over thirty appearances and reportedly treated pageant staff like crap. At the time, executive director Keith Lewis said that her firing had nothing to do with her religious beliefs and everything to do with broken contractual obligations.

Of the sex tape, TMZ says they obtained a copy and it was so racy, it even made them blush.

Of course, Carrie is peddling a book that will hit bookstores on Monday – however, if she really wants to make some cash, she should look into releasing that sex tape.

A source told the National Enquirer, "If the tape makes its way into the criminal case, it'll explode his marriage to smithereens. It's one thing for him to have publicly admitted to having had sexual relations with some women on his staff. It's another to see him in the throes of passion with one of those women."

The source added, "Dave apparently didn't know the location of the security cameras at his Late Show studio."

Sand's tape is in the hands of notorious porn people Vivid Entertainment, who have even have a website with a NSFW preview. With what looks like professional lighting and camera angles, it seems that this sex tape isn't your average Saved by the Smell or One Night in Paris production quality, which begs the question as to whether or not Sand, who is engaged in a public fight with Vivid, is actually working in cahoots with them.

Sand said, "Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now.”

Vivid plans to release the sex tape on October 19. Vivid founder Steven Hirsch says he's legally entitled to hawk the tape, saying, "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it … We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage."

In a statement, the couple's attorney Marty Singer said the three-minute excerpt from the 12-minute tape first posted by Defamer.com on Monday is old news. "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public," Singer said. "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."
