A source told The London Paper, "They definitely looked like a couple – and a good looking one at that! At one point, they were holding hands across the table, but they quickly hid them underneath. They looked really cozy as they dined, gazing into each other's eyes, smiling and laughing. They continued talking and drinking until very late into the evening – there was definitely a buzz in the air."

Miller and Harnett were also spotted together two weeks prior, just after she announced her split with Getty.

Miller is specifically targeting UK agency Big Pictures and its founder, Darryn Lyons. The agency, her lawyer argues, has caused Miller "substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress."

According to her lawyer David Sherborne, Miller was chased while driving and there were "other forms of physical and verbal intimidation or abuse in their attempts to obtain photographs of her for commercial exploitation."

Sherborne goes on to claim that the conduct of the photogrpahers has violated her human rights. A judge will hear the trial on January 12.

However, on the flip side, the New York Post's Page Six is claiming Sienna is like a really hot nun. In conclusion, it's confusing.

Getty has been frantically emailing his fashion designer wife romantic sentiments as well as trying to desperately reach her on the phone, to no avail. Apparently, some wives don't like it when their husbands hang out with topless movie stars. Rosetta must be on the rag or something, geez.

TMZ reports, "And the plot thickens. We're told the people on his show, Brothers and Sisters, for the most part have voiced support for Rosetta. And, we're told, Getty's own family is 'solidly behind her,' calling the he-homewrecker 'disgusting.'"

"The film is set in the swinging '60s when fashion was wild and body hair even wilder," a studio source told the Daily Mail. "Sienna was an absolute star throughout filming and her performance flawless.

According to the source, Sienna didn't mind her bushier privates. "All the cast had a good giggle about it and stoical Sienna happily played along."

When the photos surfaced it came as a shock since Getty was and is still married to his wife, Rosetta, whom he has four children with. According to Getty, the two are separated. "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," Getty said in a statement to US magazine, adding that the photo that "have surfaced in print and on the internet have caused myself and my family great embarrassment."

However, according to US , Miller, who previously sued both papers after they photographed her nude while she was filming a nude scene for a movie, is also trying to save herself from some embarrassment and has opened new proceedings at the High Court.

"Sienna is not a homewrecker," a source close to the star told US. "It's been over with [Getty] and his wife for some time."

The Factory Girl actress was spotted kissing and getting frisky with the 33-year-old married actor on a yacht with friends. Miller, who recently split from Notting Hill actor Rhys Ifans, was photographed tanning topless and rubbing herself all over Getty.

"Sienna was literally beaming," a source told Female First. "She seemed completely at ease, very relaxed and very happy. Balthazar had his arm around her most of the time, and they didn't leave each other alone throughout the yacht trip."

"Heath and I had this amazing night out in Venice with my mother," Miller, who co-starred with Ledger in Casanova, said. "It had been pouring with rain. Heath ran out in the middle of St. Mark's square and we were running around, and I slipped over.

"We ran back to his apartment and he gave me these dry pajamas to get home in," Miller continued. "When he came over to my house last November, and he was having trouble sleeping, I gave them back to help him sleep."

However, after Ledger passed away in January, Miller reveals that she "was so sad that [she] didn't have these stupid pajamas anymore, his father found them to give to [her]."

Forget about loving someone for who they are. According to U.K. magazine Female First, actress Sienna Miller is requesting that her fiance Notting Hill actor Rhys Ifans get in shape before she walks down the aisle with him this summer.

"Rhys has always been quite skinny," a source told Female First. "Sienna loves him but she wants him to tone up a bit so he looks great for the big day."

The actress, who has previously dated Jude Law and Daniel Craig, reportedly purchased a £3,500 exercise machines so he can work out at home. The machine is called the Power Plate and is apparently used by the likes of Madonna and Amy Winehouse.

"Rhys is already using the machine," another source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper. "He wants to make Sienna happy. She is in Los Angeles and has left him instructions to exercise. She thinks they should both be keeping fit."

A scarred eyewitness told London's Mirror that actress Sienna Miller and her boyfriend Rhys Ifans were getting down and dirty on a London-bound Virgin Atlantic flight.

"Their award-winning transatlantic performance (in the horror category) started from the moment we'd buckled into our Upper Class seats for the 7.30pm Virgin flight on Monday… And just as we thought things couldn't get any more stomach-churning, came a sight we wouldn't wish on our worst enemies.
