Dressed in a mini-dress with go-go boots, Suleman, who is often perceived as articulate in interviews, lost all sense of control and babbled incoherently while often interjecting a high-pitched hyena laugh.

There was a shred of self-awareness evident during her ramblings, however. When asked about the state of mind she was in when she sought fertility treatments, Octomom admitted she was a bit nuts.

"I believe, in my mind, I was fooling myself, thinking, well I'm rationalizing – I do that often – thinking, ‘Well I can't have kids later.' I was told I had this time frame with regards to fertility."

"So, in my head," she continued, "delusionally thinking that I could finish [my masters degree], that I could have one more baby after the six, that I could continue and earn enough money to take care of them."

In case you're wondering how Suleman's making ends meet, she was paid for losing all the baby weight – a staggering 145 pounds.

When asked about her weight loss she said, "The main reason was obviously revenue and I'm the first to admit it. I'm very, very open and honest about that."

She's also pimping a book. She has time to write? It's a sad state of affairs that Suleman is rewarded for her selfish existence, but at the same time, she has to support these fourteen lives somehow. Are you a fan of Octomom? The press release wasn't good enough, however, and a reluctant Behar took to the airways today to issue the apology on the show.

Behar said: "During a discussion on Thursday's show about the alleged affair between Tiger Woods and Rachel Uchitel, I made a joke, I made a play on Ms. Uchitel's name; this was intended, only as a joke and, I apologize for the choice of words, and for any [problem] the joke may have created."

For the record, Behar had made a play on Uchitel's name by saying, "You-can-tell she's a hooker."

Lambert had adressed the issue by saying, "There's a big double standard, female pop artists have been doing things provocative like that for years, and the fact that I'm a male, and I'll be edited and discriminated against could be a problem."

The View's in-house conservatives Sherri Shepard and Elisabeth Hasselbeck told Lambert that his peformance had offended them.

Adam argued that his antics on the AMA stage was ad-libbed and that he "got caught up in the moment." 

However, Whoopi Goldberg made note that the only people making a big deal about it is ABC themselves, who are milking the "scandal."

"ABC is keeping this a lot more alive than anyone else," Goldberg quipped. "But that's just me."

Lambert did admit that controversy may have overshadowed the music. "This is what I'm about," he said, holding up the CD and pointing to it. The network aired a pre-taped performance of "What Do You Want From Me," a ballad written by Pink and was a whole lot more subdued than his AMA performance – but then again, they could have edited stuff out!

While the women of The View were gossiping about Woods' "transgressions," Whoopi was completely silent during the exchange until Walters asked her, "Whoopi what is going through your mind?"

Whoopi told Walters, "I am bored out of my mind."

Walters interjected: "You brought it up, you brought it up."

Whoopi then said, "But here is my absolute honest opinion. Whether they get back together or not, is not going to put any food on my table. Whether they come – whether he, things, his endorsements get gone, is not going to make sure that my child is doing all the stuff that she is supposed to be doing.I brought it up because it something that we all decided we should talk about about."

Walters then told her, "But we should discuss it and if you don't want to you might as well go home."

Whoopi snapped, "Alright then," and got out of her chair and started to walk off the set before Walters yelled, "Don't you dare."

Whoopi reluctantly turned around and slumped back into her chair.

When Kate was on The View last week, Whoopi apparently had a beef with how the whole thing went down, arguing that Kate should not have tried to bust in on Jon's custody weekend.

Kate countered that although it was wrong, her motherly intuition was going off and she felt like she had to go over there for the sake of her children.

"My intuition kept saying 'No, no, no!'" Kate said about the babysitter that Jon hired.

Whoopi was of the opinion that the law is the law – and that it was illegal for her to be there.

"You could have gone to jail!" Whoopi said, adding, "Do you realize that?"

After watching the video, we're not sure whether or not "slams" is the correct term for what Whoopi did to Kate – however, it's on Google Trends and we are Google whores, so deal with it, people. As of the airing of the show, Taylor said that West had yet to contact her to apologize to her personally. However, representatives from The View say West called Taylor immediately after her appearance on Tuesday's show.

Last night on the Jay Leno Show, a visibly shaken Kanye West offered the following apology: “It was rude, period. So many celebrities, they never take the time off. I’ve never taken the time off to really — you know, just music after music and tour after tour. I’m just ashamed that my hurt caused someone else’s hurt. My dream of what awards shows are supposed to be, ’cause, and I don’t try to justify it because I was just in the wrong. That’s period. But I need to, after this, take some time off and just analyze how I’m going to make it through the rest of this life, how I’m going to improve.”

The press release read, "After the show he spoke personally to the country music superstar via telephone and has apologized to the 19-year-old singer. She has accepted Mr. West's apology. The contents of the phone call are to remain private."

Elisabeth is most famous for being the right-wing co-host of The View.

Tim told press, “Elisabeth and Isaiah are doing great and we’re excited about the addition of another baby boy into our family.”

Isaiah Timothy was born on Sunday weighing in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces.

"I'm pregnant again!" Hasselbeck revealed. "I'm due in August. I'll try to pop this one out before we leave, Barbara."

Hasselbeck, who has a one-year-old son Taylor and a three-year-old daughter, Grace, didn't know she was pregnant for two months. She thought the exhaustion was just from the over-time she was putting in with the election coverage.

"We were thoroughly happy with the surprise of it," she added. "I didn't even know for two months. I was knocked up and didn't realize it!"

Elisabeth is married to Tim Hasselbeck, an ESPN football analyst and former NFL quarterback for the New York Giants, Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles, and Buffalo Bills.

Now, the guy at the center of the controversy, Rod Blagojevich, has gone on a media blitz to clear his name. However, his appearance on The View today was a bit of a disappointment, due to the watered-down line of questioning from the show's hosts.

Joy Behar took the time to ask him about his "potty mouth" on the infamous tapes (is he on trial for swearing?) and also wasted precious grilling time asking him to do a Nixon impersonation. However, not shown in the above video was Barbara Walters' interview. Walters was unable to attend the show, but grilled the governor via satellite. She asked Blagojevich about the comments he made about selling the Senate Seat, e.g. “I’ve got this thing, I’m not giving it up for nothing.”

Blagojevich argued that these were private conversations that were taken out of context. He also told the women that he was not given the opportunity to defend himself at his impeachment hearing. Blagojevich will appear tonight on Larry King Live.

"This is a specific plan designed by the Left to attack the nuclear family," Coulter said about single motherhood in today's society.

Barbara Walters read an excerpt of Coulter's new book Guilty: Liberal "Victims" and Their Assault on America, where Coulter calls the late John F. Kennedy "A venereal disease ridden profligate and drug addict."

Coulter sparred with all of the women at the table – especially Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepard, who accused Coulter of speaking disrespectfully to Walters. During the fighting Coulter snapped, "Can we get back to what you were attacking me for when I wasn't here?"

Joy Behar responded, "See now you're a victim! She's being attacked!"

The segment ended awkwardly with no one really getting a word in – except Whoopi who yelled at Coulter that she could dish it out but she couldn't take it. Meow!
