Though it's not official, the offer is reportedly sitting on Knick's president Donnie Walsh's desk after Walsh initiated the discussion.

On his way to the Big Apple is 23-year-old Darko Milicic, who after being selected second overall in the 2003 draft, has struggled to justify the pick. Joining him in New York City will be journeyman point guard Marko Jaric.

The biggest name of the deal however will be heading to Memphis, as former Blazers standout Zach Randolph looks to bolster a Grizzlies frontcourt alongside wingers Rudy Gay and O.J Mayo.

After proving himself as an offensive threat on the low block in Portland, Randolph has struggled in New York City but still managed to average 17.6 points and 10.3 rebounds per game last season.
